Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) represents provincial public service employees including faculty and staff at Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology. OPSEU is currently supporting the effort to organize part-time and sessional academic and support staff and trying to reverse Ontario's law withholding collective bargaining rights for part-time and sessional college employees.

OPSEU Local 353 represents support staff at Durham College.

The Canadian Labour Congress brings together Canada's national and international unions, the provincial and territorial federations of labour and 130 district labour councils.
